JYTOP is a leading manufacturer of TACSR TACSR/AW Conductor in the field of power transmission and distribution
With over 30 years production experience and 15 years export experience, factory price without any third party. Can be customized your ideal size, meets or exceeds the requirements of all international standards like ASTM, AS, BS, CSA, DIN, IEC, NFC, SS -etc
JYTOP's TACSR TACSR/AW Conductor have been exported to many countries and regions such as the Middle Est, Africa, Asia Oceania, South America, North America etc., and have won praise from domestic and foreign customers.
In this page, we'll introduce TACSR TACSR/AW Conductor and their advantages, applications, standards and frequently asked questions.
TACSR Conductors are very similar in construction to a conventional ACSR conductor but the EC Grade Aluminum wires are replaced with Hard Drawn Aluminum wires of Heat Resistant Aluminum Alloy (generally known as TAL ) . TACSR can be safely operated continuously above 150oC enabling to pump more current through the conductor. Where there is a need to transmit higher power but restrictions on getting new power corridors approved, various Types of TAL conductors are one of the best creative solution options to utilities. Ability of the Zirconium doped aluminum alloy to maintain its electrical and mechanical properties at elevated temperatures makes these conductors a very cost effective solution in refurbishing the existing lines with enhanced capacity.
